247 East 117th Street: HAP Investments has filed applications for an 11-story and 28-unit mixed-use building of nearly 25,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 247 East 117th Street, in East Harlem; commercial space will measure 2,202 square feet, and Daniel Goldner is designing.

BROOKLYN:  

1104 Fulton Street: The property owner of 1104-1106 Fulton Street — a single-story retail building, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant — has filed applications for a five-story 43,224 square-foot “mixed-use commercial and community facility” building; the existing structure must first be demolished, and Pustylnik Felix is designing.

1039 41st Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 9,383 square feet at the vacant of 1039 41st Street, in northern Borough Park; Lam & Lam Engineering is the architect of record.

1602 42nd Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story and two-unit residential building of 5,281 square feet at 1602 42nd Street, in Borough Park; an existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in July.

QUEENS:

102-49 Corona Avenue: Building Number Three Corp. has filed applications to construct two, four-story and four-unit residential buildings — each of 3,640 square feet — spanning 102-47 – 102-49 Corona Avenue, in Corona; demolition of an existing single-story warehouse began in August.

29 Bedford Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a three-story and single-family abode of 2,076 square feet at 29 Bedford Avenue, in Breezy Point; the site’s two-story predecessor had been recently demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

88 Newton Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story and two-unit residential building of nearly 2,400 square feet at the vacant lot of 88 Newton Street, in Annadale.
