452 East 29th Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and four-unit residential building — of 4,660 square feet — at the vacant lot of 452 East 29th Street, in East Flatbush; Reuben Gross Associates is designing.

QUEENS:

54-25 102nd Street: Applications for two more four-story residential buildings have been filed, spanning 54-21 and 54-25 102nd Street, in Corona; multiple existing structures have been approved for demolition, and the new buildings will each span between 3,500 and 4,000 square feet.

39 Beach 216th Street: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of nearly 2,500 square feet at 39 Beach 216th Street, in Breezy Point; the site’s two-story predecessor wasished in July.

15 Essex Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of 2,080 square feet at 15 Essex Walk, in Breezy Point; a single-story structure was destroyed in 2012.

STATEN ISLAND:

2580 Hylan Boulevard: Sam Crispi — of BMN LLC — has filed applications to construct a single-story “bank with drive thru” of 2,610 square feet at the vacant parcel of 2580 Hylan Boulevard, in New Dorp Beach.

130 Benziger Avenue: Property owner Dominick Grasso has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of 1,600 square feet at 130 Benziger Avenue, in St. George; a garage must first be demolished.
