867 DeKalb AvenueSimon Kaufman — of 863 DeKalb Residence LLC — has filed applications to construct a six-story and 35-unit residential building of 23,914 square feet at the vacant lots of 867-869 DeKalb Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant; Charles Mallea is designing.

755 Bergen Street: Oren Even-Har is filing applications to construct a three-story and three-unit residential building of 5,825 square feet at the vacant lot of 755 Bergen Street, in northwestern Crown Heights; Yevgeniy Rybak is designing.

88 South 6th StreetChesed Achim Realty has filed applications to construct a four-story and two-unit mixed-use building of 2,149 square feet at 88 South 6th Street, in Williamsburg. Nearly 500 square feet will be designated for ground-floor retail, and Charles Mallea is designing; a single-story structure must first be demolished.


26-33 28th StreetRiad Sukkarieh has filed applications to construct a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 6,857 square feet at 26-33 28th Street, in Astoria. An existing three-story building was approved for demolition in June; Steven Schneider is the architect of record.

812 Jarvis AvenueBedford Construction Group has filed another application to construct a four-story and single-family abode of 3,136 square feet at 816 Jarvis Avenue, in Far Rockaway; permits for five other townhouses were filed in recent weeks along the same stretch of vacant land.

36-31 32nd StreetGeorge Manolangas has filed applications to construct a single-floor manufacturing building of 2,700 square feet at the vacant lot of 36-31 32nd Street, in Astoria; the site’s one-story predecessor was demolished in 2010.

Staten Island:

4329 Victory BoulevardCon Edison Company has filed applications to construct a two-story and 4,047 square-foot substation building at the vacant lot of 4329 Victory Boulevard, outside the electrical plant, in Travis – Chelsea.
