123 Boerum StreetBoerum Residences LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 5,655 square feet at 123 Boerum Street, in Williamsburg. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished; Joseph Mucciolo is designing this, as well as the building’s twin, at 127 Boerum.

218 Montrose AvenueBushwick Estates has filed applications to construct a four-story and three-unit residential building of 5,350 square feet at 218 Montrose Avenue, in Williamsburg. An existing three-story structure was approved for demolition in June; Michael Avramides is designing.

Queens:

35-19 Leavitt StreetNew Da Tong Realty has filed applications to construct a six-story and 37-unit mixed-use building — totaling 40,452 square feet — at 35-19 Leavitt Street, in Downtown Flushing. Commercial space will take up about 4,500 square feet, while roughly 11,000 square feet will be put towards community space. Demolition of an existing single-floor structure began in June; Chang Hwa Tan is designing.

160-01 72nd AvenueNYUSA Management LLC has filed applications to construct a five-story and 32-unit mixed-use building of 28,199 square feet at the vacant lots of 160-01 – 160-05 72nd Avenue and 71-53 – 71-59 160th Street, in Pomonok; three, two-story structure were demolished in 2006; Chang Hwa Tan is designing.

25-20 41st AvenueCH 41 LLC has filed applications for an eight-story and 28-unit mixed-use building of nearly 25,000 square feet at 25-18 – 25-20 41st Avenue — also known as 41-02 – 41-06 27th Avenue — in Long Island City; roughly 4,000 square feet of commercial space will occupy the ground floor. Demolition of the old structure began in March; Chang Hwa Tan is again designing.

132-43 41st AvenueDanny Sung Chin Chiang has filed applications to construct a five-story and seven-unit building of 7,329 square feet at 132-43 41st Avenue, in Downtown Flushing. Demolition of an existing two-story structure was approved in June; Chang Hwa Tan is designing.

232-01 Northern BoulevardNYC Parks & Recreation has filed applications to construct a “new club house” of 7,000 square feet for Alley Pound Golf Center, at 232-01 Northern Boulevard, in Little Neck; Choi Design is the architect of record.

812 Jarvis AvenueIn addition to an application filed yesterday, Bedford Construction Group has filed permits for four more, four-story and single-family abodes — each of 3,136 square feet — on Jarvis Avenue (Court), in Far Rockaway. The lots being built on are located at 704706, and 810-812 Jarvis.

101-22 97th StreetAmona Realty Corp. has filed applications to construct twin, three-story and two-unit residential buildings of 2,080 square feet at 101-22 – 101-24 97th Street, in Ozone Park; demolition of an existing two-story structure was approved in May.

12 Graham PlaceCorey Weinstein has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family modular abode of 1,613 square feet at 12 Graham Place, in Breezy Point; the site’s single-floor predecessor was demolished last year.

Staten Island:

1130 South AvenueNicotra Group LLC has filed applications to construct a three-story and nearly 38,000 square-foot office building at the vacant lot of 1130 South Avenue, in Bloomfield; Rotwein+Blake are designing the suburban-style project.

425A Wild AvenueMitchell Pacifico has filed applications to construct multiple two-story commercial structures — with a combined total of 21,072 square feet — at the vacant lots of 425A-425J, in Travis-Chelsea; Calvanico Associates are designing.

5295 Amboy RoadCee Jay Estates Development has filed applications to construct two, three-story and two-unit residential buildings — each of about 3,250 square feet — at 5295-5303 Amboy Road, in Annadale; a two-story structure must first be demolished at 5301 Amboy.

11 Fancher PlacePhil Farinacci has filed applications to construct two, two-story and two-unit residential buildings — each of 2,138 square feet — at the vacant lots of 11 and 15 Fancher Place, in Mariners Harbor.
