625 East 18th Street: Infinity Properties has filed applications to construct an eight-story and 14-unit residential building of 15,505 square feet at 625 East 18th Street, in Flatbush-Ditmas Park. Demolition of the existing two-story structure was approved in May; Gerald Caliendo is designing.
718 Nostrand Avenue: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and 10-unit residential building of 12,000 square feet at the vacant lots of 718-720 Nostrand Avenue, in Crown Heights. The site’s predecessor — a four-story dilapidated structure — was demolished in 2009; James Wu Chen is designing.
126 South 2nd Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and three-unit residential building of 6,124 square feet at the vacant lots of 124-126 South 2nd Street, in Williamsburg; Melamed is designing.
45 Cedar Street: Meir Meisels has filed applications to construct a four-story and eight-unit residential building of roughly 5,000 square feet at 45 Cedar Street, in Bushwick. Demolition of the existing two-story structure began in July, per notifications; Leonid Segal is designing.
2100 Fulton Street: Fulton Garden LLC has filed applications to construct five, three-story and three-unit townhouses — of roughly 3,500 square feet each — at the vacant southeast corner of Fulton and Thomas S Boyland Streets, in southeastern Bedford-Stuyvesant; BTE Design Services is the architect of record.
Queens:
46-03 88th Street: Bo Qian has filed applications to construct a three-story and 12-unit residential building of 9,175 square feet at the vacant lot of 46-03 88th Street, in Elmhurst; Paul F. Bonfilio is designing.
119-06 28th Avenue: Vincent Vaccaro Realty has filed applications to construct a two-story and nearly 6,000 square-foot manufacturing building at 119-06 28th Avenue, in College Point. Demolition of an old “one-story frame building” is complete; John D. Calcagnile is designing.
75-02 Springfield Boulevard: Windsor Oaks Tenat’s Corp. has filed applications to construct a “new recreational facility” of 5,006 square feet at 75-02 Springfield Boulevard, in Oakland Gardens; C3 Architecture is designing.
43-32 160th Street: H&V Managament has filed applications to construct three, three-story and two-unit residential buildings — each of nearly 3,000 square feet — spanning 43-28 – 43-36 160th Street, in the greater Flushing area south of Murray Hill. Demolition of existing two-story structures at 43-32 and 43-36 was approved in late June; filings for the three-story structure at 43-28 have yet to be processed.
162-16 75th Road: Livo Real Estate Development has received approval to expand the existing single-family abode at 162-16 75th Road — in Hillcrest — into a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,282 square feet. The developer has also filed to build a single-car garage.
164 Roxbury Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a one-story, single-unit residential abode of 660 square feet at 164 Roxbury Avenue, in Roxbury; demolition permits were approved last year to raze an existing one-story structure damaged by Sandy.
Staten Island:
289 Edgegrove Avenue: The owner of the vacant lot at 289 Edgegrove Avenue — in Woodrow — has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 6,475 square feet, likely of luxury status; Alfred Saulo is designing.
