18 Bay 17th Street: Win Wind Realty Development filed applications to construct a four-story, five-unit development at 18 Bay 17th Street, in Bath Beach. The building will span 6,539 square feet, including ground-floor retail.

1344 52nd Street: An anonymous developer filed new applications to construct a previously disapproved low-rise at 1344 52nd Street, in Borough Park. The structure will stand four stories tall and house eight units, totaling 8,812 square-feet.

Queens:

32-02 Astoria Boulevard South: Double T Corp. has filed applications to construct a 13-story, 24-unit mixed-use building at 32-02 Astoria Boulevard South, on the vacant southeast corner of Astoria Boulevard and 32nd Street. The total scope measures 33,438 square feet, and the project will be a mix of residential, commercial and community space; CE Architects is designing.

38-22 56th Street: Atari Realty has filed applications to construct two, two-story walk-ups at the lots spanning 38-22 – 38-24 56th Street in Woodside. Each building will house two units and will span 2,040 square-feet; the lots come vacant and Tabriz Group Design is the architect of record.

71-22 166th Street: Irastan LLC has filed applications to construct a two-story, two-unit home of 2,000 square feet at 71-22 166th Street in Pomonok. Demolition of the existing structure was approved in February. The developer has also filed for an additional building of the same dimensions at the vacant lot of 71-20 166th Street, to the south.

Staten Island:

220 Yetman AvenueThe owner of 220 Yetman Avenue in Tottenville has filed applications to construct a two-story, two-unit dwelling, along with a detached parking garage. Demolition of the previous structure was approved last month, and the new building will span 4,360 square feet.
