Atlantic Yards: B15 [Atlantic Yards Report Blog]: Three townhomes are being transferred to Empire State Development and Forest City Ratner via eminent domain to make way for B15, a “272-foot tower between Pacific and Dean streets east of Sixth Avenue” in Prospect Heights. Two structures to the west have already been demolished.

111 Clarkson Avenue [Brownstoner]: Demolition is complete at 111 Clarkson Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Garden. Architect Joseph Spector has already filed applications for “a seven-story, 22-unit building and an eight-story, 28 unit” building on the site.

347 Bowery [EV Grieve]: Demolition is imminent at 347 Bowery, and the three-story building is now shrouded in scaffolding. Urban Muse has plans to construct a 13-story residential building in its place.

105 West 28th Street [Curbed]: An effort is being made to build a 30-story hotel at 105 West 28th Street in Chelsea. Lightstone is attempting to assemble 46,500 square-feet of air rights from numerous adjacent properties, but questions over the air rights’ value are slowing the process.

560 Winthrop Street [Curbed]: Developer CAMBA has revealed plans to demolish the former psych ward at Kings County Hospital Center to make way for a 256,330 square-foot, 293-unit residential building. The new building, at 560 Winthrop Street in East Flatbush, is being designed by Dattner Architects, and according to renderings, the building will be set back from the street — similar to previous redevelopments at the hospital campus. Completion is planned for 2016.

100 Varick Street [The Real Deal]: Michael Shvo and Erez Ithaki are moving ahead with a luxury condo building at 100 Varick Street in Hudson Square. On Thursday, Shvo filed demolition permits for the three-story townhouses at 60-64 Watts Street to make way for the building. The site will be able to accommodate a 280,000 square-foot residential tower.

500 Sterling Place [New York Daily News]: Developer Adam America is finished up a residential project at 500 Sterling Place, in Crown Heights. 500 Sterling fills a large gap within the urban landscape, adding 77 units to the neighborhood.

160 Imlay Street [Brownstoner]: Est4te Four is renovating and converting the industrial warehouse at 160 Imlay Street in Red Hook. Designed by Morris Adjmi and Aldo Andreoli of AA Studio, the condos will enhance an area that currently contains industrial buildings, dilapidated townhomes, and vacant plots of land. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2016.

112-24 Astoria Boulevard [Brownstoner]: After plans for a hotel failed to go through last last year, the new owners of 112-24 and 112-12 Astoria Blvd in Corona are trying for a six-story, 126-room hotel. Applications have been filed, but the fate of the site has yet to be determined.

564 St. John Place [Crain’s New York]: Heritage Equity Partners plan to construct a 130,000+ square-foot rental building on the lot that they recently bought at 564 St. John Place in Crown Heights. Currently, a one-story parking garage exists on the site; demolition is imminent.
