470 11th Avenue [The Real Deal]: Black House Development “has applied for air rights to [the] 14,000 square-feet parking lot” the firm purchased back in April, that would allow construction of the planned 720-foot tall mixed-used building at 462-470 11th Avenue in the Hudson Yards District. Black House also applied for the air rights from 554 West 38th Street. Once acquired, the development site would have air rights totaling 320,000 square-feet.

38 West 66th Street [Commercial Observer]: Megalith Capital Management has filed demolition permits to raze three low-rise structures at 36-40 West 66th Street on the Upper West Side. The developer acquired the buildings back in March for $85 million.

26-20 Jackson Avenue [The Court Square Blog]: A four-story, nine-unit low-rise is nearing completion at 26-20 Jackson Avenue, in Queens Plaza. The existing two-story brick building was expanded vertically, and now spans over 10,000 square feet.

1 Lexington Avenue [Brownstoner]: A three-story residential building/community center, at 1 Lexington Avenue in Clinton Hill, has received windows, but the final façade has yet to be revealed.

172 Montague Street [Brooklyn Daily Eagle]: Construction has gone vertical at 172 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights. The 19-story residential project, which Bonjour Capital is developing and Daniel Goldner is designing, is making quick headway, and façade installation should be just around the corner.

196 Macon Street [Curbed]: Construction is wrapping up at H Holding Group’s five-story and 28-unit building at 196 Macon Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

1178 Gates Avenue [Wyckoff Heights]: Developer Dream Home New York has submitted pre-filings to expand the two-story walk-up at 1178-1180 Gates Avenue in Bushwick to four stories, housing eight units. The proposal “would enlarge the building footprint, increase the height from 24 to 55 feet, and more than triple the floor area from 2,000 to 6,900” square-feet.
