Renderings have been revealed for 1 Lefante Way, a three-tower mixed-use complex in Bayonne, New Jersey. Designed by MHS Architects and co-owned by South Cove Development II LLC and South Cove Development III LLC, the project will consist of two 300-foot-tall residential towers and an eight-story hotel building. The property is comprised of two parcels within the Riverwalk at South Cove Redevelopment, and is bounded by the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway to the north the South Cove Commons strip mall to the south.

Redesign Revealed For 26 North Street in Bayonne, New Jersey

A new rendering has been revealed for the redesign of 26 North Street, a forthcoming 14-story residential building in Bayonne, New Jersey. Designed by MHS Architecture and developed by The L Group and Cali Futures, LLC, the 174-foot-tall structure will span 569,115 square feet and yield 500 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts with an average scope of 749 square feet, as well as 6,929 square feet of ground-floor retail space, 16,369 square feet of indoor-outdoor amenities, and enclosed parking for 455 vehicles and 266 bicycles. The nearly 2-acre property is bound by North Street to the north, Route 440 to the south, and a one-story commercial building to the east.
