Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 599 Willoughby Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Throop Avenue and Thompkins Avenue, the lot is near the Myrtle–Willoughby Avenues subway station, served by the G train. Yitzchok Schwartz of YS Developers LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 54-foot-tall development will yield 11,992 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,199 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 23-foot-long rear yard.

Mohammad Ahead PE, PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in April for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
