Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 493 Myrtle Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Located between Hall Street and Ryerson Street, the interior lot is closest to the Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Alex Guzman under the 493 Myrtle Avenue Realty Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 25,352 square feet, with 15,887 square feet designated for residential space and 3,077 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 21 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 756 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 27-foot-long rear yard.

Zambrano Architectural Design LLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
