Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 15 Garden Street in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Located between Flushing Avenue and Bushwick Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks east of the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and M trains. Brooklyn-based property owner David Grunfeld is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 54-foot tall project will yield 22,407 square feet, with 12,853 square feet designated for residential space and 232 square feet for commercial use. It will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 676 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse, cellar, and 10 enclosed parking spaces.

Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates Inc is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in November 2018. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
