WatchHouse, a London-based specialty coffee roastery and café, has opened its first United States location at 660 Fifth Avenue, a recently renovated 39-story commercial tower in Midtown, Manhattan. The coffee shop recently signed a lease for approximately 1,500 square feet on the ground floor. The building is located West 52nd and 53rd Streets and was formerly addressed as 666 Fifth Avenue.

660 Fifth Avenue is owned by Brookfield Properties and underwent $400 million redevelopment designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, which began in 2018 and completed in spring 2023. The project involved a full re-cladding with a new glass curtain wall utilizing the largest panes of any project of its kind in New York history, elevator modernizations, and the creation of a new lobby and terrace spaces. The ground-floor retail space on 52nd Street was reoriented to provide tenants direct access to WatchHouse via the new main lobby and the street.
