83 Starr Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit residential building measuring nearly 5,500 square feet at 83 Starr Street, in northern Bushwick. Michael Avramides is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

41-22 24th Street: An LLC has been granted approval for plans to build a 12-story, 87-unit residential building measuring 66,256 square feet at the vacant lot of 41-22 24th Street, in Long Island City. Originally filed in 2013, My Architect is now designing.

62-39 De Costa Avenue: DSC Properties has filed applications for two two-story, two-unit residential buildings — each measuring nearly 2,400 square feet — spanning 62-39 – 62-43 De Costa Avenue, in Arverne.
