The site is six blocks away from the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the G trains. The Loketch Group is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 1230 Prospect Avenue, in Foxhurst, The Bronx. The site is seven blocks away from the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Badaly Architects is responsible for the design. The development will also be just two blocks away from another project by the firm, at 872 Home Street.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-used building at 453 Broadway, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site is under two blocks away from the Hewes Street subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains, and two blocks away from the Broadway subway station, serviced by the G trains. Shmuly Deutsch of Blue plus Green will be responsible for the development.
Architect Karl Fischer’s latest development has taken rise in a buzzing corner of Brooklyn’s East Williamsburg neighborhood. When complete, the project will yield 33, 987 square feet of new residential property, 10,829 feet of prime commercial space, and a 24,070 square foot community facility. Filings also indicate enclosed parking volumes designed to accomodate up to 59 vehicles.
