Located between East 173rd Street and East 174th Street, the lot is five blocks east of the East 174th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Basanti Mitra is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction has topped out on 329 Broadway, a 17-story mixed-use residential tower in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Syndicate Architecture and developed by Parkview Management, the 195-foot-tall structure contains 175,000 square feet of newly built space. The development will feature 63 units, more than 59,000 square feet of retail area on the first two floors, and around 24,500 square feet of community facilities on the third and fourth floors. JLJ Capital recently provided $57 million in financing for the project.
Breaking Ground, New York’s largest supportive housing provider, is set to begin construction this week on Betances Residence, a new supportive, affordable housing property at 443 East 142nd Street in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Designed by COOKFOX, Betances Residence is expected to debut in 2021 and will contain 152 units for the formerly homeless and low-income seniors.

Located on the corner of Washington Avenue and East 164th Street, the lot is six blocks east of the Melrose Metro-North train station. Alphonse Lembo under the New Roads Plaza Owner LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. Permits were filed back in 2015 for a similar proposal with health services provided by Urban Pathways.
Excavation and work on the foundation walls is underway at 323 East 61st Street on the Upper East Side, where a new six-story community facility is set to rise. Located a couple blocks away from the Queensboro Bridge, the building will stand 74 feet tall and yield 61,740 square feet, with 49,750 square feet dedicated to community facilities. The structure is designed by Daniel Goldner Architects, while LaSalle Investment Management and William Macklowe Company are the owners. Memorial Sloan Kettering is leasing all the space.
