Located between 21st Street and 23rd Street, the lot is within walking distance of the 30th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Szilvia Barnett under the 3075 21st Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The property is located at 92-23 168th Street and introduces 387 affordable housing units, a parking garage designed to accommodate 130 vehicles, a low-cost Aldi supermarket, and a 15,000-square-foot community center.
TF Cornerstone has completed its dual-tower residential complex at 52-03 and 52-41 Center Boulevard in Hunter’s Point, Queens. Together, the buildings comprise 1,194 rental units including 719 permanently affordable home, a 150-vehicle parking garage, and a 7,700-square-floor community center.
