10 Luxury Residential Units Planned At 22 Frost Street, Williamsburg

Jarrett Huddleston has revived applications, originally filed in 2013, for two buildings spanning the lots 22-24 Frost Street in Williamsburg. At No. 22, a five-story, eight-unit residential building is planned, which works out to each unit averaging a spacious 1,160 square feet. At No. 24, a four-story, two-unit mixed-use building is in store, which will include a small 425 square-foot retail portion. That building will total 5,045 square feet. Robert James is the architect of record, and demolition began last January to remove the existing single-story structure.


432 Rodney Street

126-Unit Mixed-Use Building Planned At 432 Rodney Street, Williamsburg

Slate Property Group is planning to develop a seven-story, 126-rental-unit mixed-use building from the existing single-story warehouse at 432 Rodney Street, in central Williamsburg. The 99,140 square-foot building will feature nearly 13,950 square feet of retail on the ground floor, and Aufgang Architects is designing.

A piece of prime Williamsburg real estate at 150 North 12th Street has sat vacant, with only a foundation laid, since the recession swept away construction financing in 2008. But in the last few months, construction has re-started, and now YIMBY has a rendering for the seven-story rental building planned across the street from McCarren Park.
