180 East 88th Street, the tallest residential building north of 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, is now offering new pricing for the building’s remaining condominiums. Nestled in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood, the new development designed and developed by Joe McMillan’s DDG comprises 47 half- and full-floor homes ready for immediate occupancy and an expansive amenity collection.
Excavation is set to begin at 1305-1307 Third Avenue, the site of a forthcoming residential building in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Developed by EJS Development under the 1303 Third, LLC, which purchased the 8,178-square-foot site for $32.5 million in March 2021, the property has a maximum buildable scope of 75,000 square feet that can be increased to 90,000 square feet with an exclusionary housing bonus. The structure’s architect, floor count, and unit total have yet to be confirmed. Triton Construction Industry is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 75th Street.
Demolition is finishing up at 1022-1026 Third Avenue, the site of a forthcoming residential building in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Developed by Kahen Properties, which purchased the three adjacent sites for $34 million in the summer of 2021, the building can rise to a maximum of 12 stories under local zoning restrictions. Third North Holdings LLC is the owner and Alba Services is the general contractor for the project, which is located between East 60th and East 61st Streets.
Façade work is progressing on 249 East 62nd Street, a 28-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by INC Architecture & Design with SLCE Architects as the executive architect and developed by Zeckendorf Development, the 347-foot-tall structure will yield 66 condominium units with sales led by Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing. CM & Associates is the general contractor for the property, which rises from an L-shaped plot by the corner of Second Avenue and East 62nd Street.
Exterior work is finishing up on The Matteo, a 17-story residential building at 323 East 79th Street in the Yorkville section of the Upper East Side. Designed by Woods Bagot Architects and developed by Boomerang Development Group, which purchased the property from Spruce Capital Partners for $13.7 million, the 214-foot-tall structure will yield 35,045 square feet with 15 full-floor condominium units in three- to four-bedroom layouts. All homes will feature direct elevator access, and some will span two floors. Sunlight Construction AA is the general contractor and The Masters Division at Nest Seekers is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located on a narrow interior plot between First and Second Avenues.
