Developer Fetner Properties recently unveiled renderings for a 23-story residential building with micro-units at 266 West 96th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Located between Broadway and West End Avenue, the development would be built on a lot currently occupied by a former MTA electric substation.
Local developer Read Property Group has received approval on permits filed for a new seven-story residential building in Inwood, Manhattan. The development is located at 140 Hillside Avenue with architectural design by J Frankl Associates.
Vertical progress on Extell’s 50 West 66th Street appears to be stalled, and it is unclear at the moment what is causing the delay in construction. Snohetta is the design team behind the 775-foot-tall residential skyscraper, which would become the tallest structure on the Upper West Side.
Closings will soon begin at 555 West End Avenue, a landmarked Beaux Arts building on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Following the conversion of the early 20th century structure for residential use, it now comprises 13 condominium homes.
Work is progressing on the glass and concrete crown atop 200 Amsterdam Avenue. The topped-out residential skyscraper stands 668 feet high above the Upper West Side and has secured the title of tallest structure in the neighborhood. The 51-story building is designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and developed by SJP Properties. CetraRuddy is the lead interior designer for the 283,000-square-foot project.
