La Hermosa Christian Church may soon begin construction on a new 33-story, mixed-use tower in Central Harlem, at 5 West 110th Street. Details within a dense environmental assessment statement prepared for the Department of City Planning reveal the very first renderings of the building, which would require several zoning amendments and waivers before breaking ground.
A new 19-story housing development, One East Harlem, officially broke ground this week in Upper Manhattan. Designed by S9 Architecture, the mixed-use project will eventually span over 420,000 square feet, mainly comprised of affordable housing. The building’s official address is 201 East 125th Street.

It is also situated three blocks east of the 145th Street subway station, serviced by the A, B, C, and D trains. Josef Goodman under the FDB 13 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Nortco Development has revealed a pair of new renderings for Eleven Hancock Place, an expansive condominium development in Harlem for which sales are scheduled to launch next month. Located between Morningside Avenue and 124th Street, the residential building will top out at 12 stories and comprise approximately 130,000 square feet.
Following several years of construction and development, Level One Holdings has officially launched sales at 10 Lenox Avenue in South Harlem. Located on the corner of 111 Street and Lennox Avenue, the eight-story building contains a collection of 29 condominium units, multiple outdoor areas, and clear views of Central Park.
