Four-Story Mixed-Use Development Planned at 202-210 North 10th Street, Williamsburg

An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit mixed-use building measuring 13,510 square feet at 202 North 10th Street, in northern Williamsburg. The building will be an expansion of the existing single-story warehouse, but the property is also being subdivided, and at 210 North 10th Street, a separate four-story, two-unit mixed-use building will measure 6,755 square feet. In total, six residential units will be spread across 12,080 square feet, and three storefronts will split another 7,960 square feet. KMP Design and Engineering is designing.


282 North 6th Street

Townhouse Development On Tap for 282 North 6th Street, Williamsburg

AVO Construction has filed applications for a four-story, single-family townhouse measuring 2,630 square feet at 282 North 6th Street, in Williamsburg. The developer also filed applications back in November for a very similar structure on the same plot of land at 65 Havemeyer Street; additional single-family townhouses can be expected. Schneider Associates is designing, and the existing single-story warehouse spanning  276-288 North 6th Street recently passed pre-demolition inspection.


349 Kent Avenue

10-Unit Mixed-Use Building Coming to 349 Kent Avenue, Williamsburg

Eugene Bushinger, doing business as 351 Kent Realty LLC, has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit mixed-use building measuring 8,723 square feet at 349 Kent Avenue, near the Williamsburg Bridge on the waterfront. Wai Man Chow, of Workshop Design + Architecture, is designing, and a retail component measures 923 square feet. The existing single-story structure passed pre-demolition inspection in April.

In the fall of 2013, architect De-Jan Lu filed plans for a seven-story, 133-unit apartment building at 125 Borinquen Place in Williamsburg, only a block and a half from the BQE. Now YIMBY can reveal a slew of renderings for the development, which will fill a triangular lot at the corner of Borinquen, South 2nd and Rodney Streets.

Six-Story Mixed-Use Project Tops Out at 79 Grand Street in Williamsburg

Brownstoner reports that the six-story, five-unit mixed-use building at 79 Grand Street in Williamsburg has topped-out. A retail component will measure nearly 1,590 square feet on the ground level, and Philip Toscano Architects is designing. The nearly 8,000 square-foot building is currently getting its façade, and completion is likely later this year.
