Five-Story, Six-Unit Residential Building Planned At 320 Humboldt Street, Williamsburg

Urban View Realty has filed applications for a five-story, six-unit residential building at 320 Humboldt Street, in eastern Williamsburg, three blocks from the the L train stop at Graham Avenue. The building will measure 5,000 square feet, which means units will average 835 square feet. Woody Chen’s InFocus is the applicant of record, and an existing three-story, two-unit wood-framed structure must first be demolished.

Trader Joe’s Leases Space In Planned Office Building At 206 Kent Avenue, Williamsburg

Trader Joe’s has leased 18,000 square feet in Alliance Private Capital’s planned 45,000 square-foot mixed-use commercial building, which will include offices on the upper levels, at 206 Kent Avenue, a block in from the East River in Williamsburg. According to Crain’s Business, the grocery store will take space on the ground and basement levels. New building applications have not yet been filed, but the lot is currently vacant; the site’s former two-story warehouse was demolished in 2013.


390 Leonard Street

Five-Story, Nine-Family Building Coming To 390 Leonard Street, Williamsburg

Zolo Construction & Development Inc. has filed applications for a five-story, nine-unit residential building at 390 Leonard Street, in northern Williamsburg, six blocks from the L train’s Lorimer St. stop. The building will measure 6,745 square feet in residential space, which means units will average 750 square feet. Murat Simsek’s engineering service Rocda is the applicant of record, and the existing two-story townhouse, apparently dating back to 1899, must first be demolished.
