Construction has officially begun at NorthLight, a 246-unit rental property in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Located on the shores of the Hudson River just north of the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge, the new building is located within Edge-on-Hudson a $1 billion mixed-use, residential community.
Westchester’s nonprofit developer Westhab recently topped off their latest project Dayspring Commons at 227 Elm Street in Yonkers. Located in the Nodine Hill neighborhood, the 65-unit residential building will offer affordable and supportive housing to the area. Last week a small gathering that included Yonkers mayor Mike Spano and Westhab president and CEO Rich Nightingale marked the completion of the Dayspring Commons edifice.
National Development has revealed the first architectural renderings of Waterstone of Westchester, a forthcoming senior living community in White Plains, New York. Located at 150 Bloomingdale Road, the new development will comprise 132 residences reserved exclusively for adults 62 years of age and above.

The project will take shape within Westchester Place, an expanding mixed-use complex envisioned by local agencies as a vehicle to the revitalization of the downtown area.
