On Manhattan’s Upper West Side, construction has topped off at 212 West 95th Street, where developers United Management recently celebrated the project milestone. The building is being designed by CetraRuddy and RKTB Architects, and Reuveni Real Estate is handling sales and marketing.

Full demolition permits have been filed for the six-story building at 251 West 91st Street, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The site currently houses a 14,650 square foot mixed-use building built in 1910, with 20 residential units and three commercial storefronts.
Permits have been filed for a 24-story mixed-use building at 1841 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Adjacent to Columbus Circle between Broadway and Columbus Avenue, the corner site is situated near major subway hub 59th Street – Columbus Circle, serviced by the 1, A, B, C and D trains. Global Holdings Management Company is developing the tower, and the firm also own 1845 Broadway and 1880 Broadway in the neighborhood.
Situated across the street from the ABC News television studios on the Upper West Side is the site of 50 West 66th Street. Just off of Columbus Avenue, the future 775-foot high residential tower will be the tallest on the Upper West Side when complete. It is being designed by Snohetta and developed by Extell, and is currently the 23rd tallest skyscraper under construction in the Five Boroughs.
Permits have been filed for a 19-story mixed-use building at 2505 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Located between West 93rd and West 94th Streets, the site is two blocks south of the 96th Street subway station serviced by the 1, 2, and 3 trains. The neighborhood is also serviced by the B and C at the 96th Street subway station on Central Park West. Tomer Yogev of Adam America Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the applications.
