Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is alternately addressed as 3 Sutton Place and is located between Sutton Place South and First Avenue. Residences will be priced from approximately $2.5 million for a one-bedroom to $18 million for a full-floor unit.

Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and developed by Gamma Real Estate with Stephen B. Jacobs Group as the executive architect, the 62-story tower is located between Sutton Place South and First Avenue and will yield 121 units. The site is a short walk from the Sutton Place Park North esplanade, which overlooks the East River, Roosevelt Island, and the growing Long Island City skyline.

The Collection Progresses at 401 West Street in Manhattan’s West Village

Construction is progressing on The Collection, an eight-story residential building at 401 West Street in Manhattan’s West Village. Designed by Thomas Juul Hansen and Hill West Architects and developed by Wainbridge Capital, the ten-unit project is being built by Vector Building Corporation on a relatively narrow plot between West 10th and Charles Streets along the Hudson River waterfront. Christopher Street Pier lies directly to the west.

Construction Wraps on 199 Chrystie Street on Manhattan’s Lower East Side

Construction is wrapping up on 199 Chrystie Street, a 14-story residential building on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and developed by KD Sagamore Capital, which purchased the plot for $20 million, the 39,188-square-foot building will yield 14 homes in a staggered layout overlooking Sara D. Roosevelt Park. The project site is located near the intersection of Chrystie and Stanton Streets and was previously home to two buildings, 199 and 201 Chrystie Street.
