Located at 1761 Walton Avenue, the 14-story building will span approximately 102,500 square feet and rise from a vacant, L-shaped lot. Mount Hope Housing Company, a Bronx-based community development organization that rehabilitates and manages affordable housing, and Procida Companies, a local general contractor, have partnered on the development.

The United Methodist Church and Bronx Pro Group have partnered to redevelop a long-vacant church property at 1080 Washington Avenue in Morrisania, The Bronx into a 100-percent affordable housing project. Designed by Curtis & Ginsberg Architects, the new 12-story, 114,000-square-foot building will eventually yield 154 units of senior housing, residential amenities, and 5,712 square feet of community facilities.
Bronx Pro Group and Curtis + Ginsberg Architects have partnered on an eight-story, mixed-use development at 4697 Third Avenue in Fordham, The Bronx. The affordable housing development, which will contain both residential and retail components, will join a number of other projects the two firms have collaborated on in underrepresented neighborhoods of the borough in 2019.

The proposed building is located at 1769 Jerome Avenue and could yield 175 rental units, along with 7,667 square feet for a retail tenant and community facilities. The project scope also includes the design of pedestrian areas and improved landscaping.
