Demolition has finished at 110-112 Liberty Street in the Financial District, the site of a 30-story hotel designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects. The property, which is being developed by Eddie Hidary of 112 Liberty Associates LLC, sits across from the base of Four World Trade Center, aka 150 Greenwich Street, and to the west of Zuccotti Park and Church Street.

The Margaritaville Resort is ascending swiftly at 560 Seventh Avenue in Times Square. Construction has passed the primary setback and workers are forming the floor plates for the main massing that will contain the hotel’s 234 rooms. Portions of the metal-trimmed glass façade have also begun to be installed on the tower, which will rise 29 stories. Excavation work for the foundations of 159 Broadway in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is nearing completion. Excavators have extracted a large amount of dirt from the property, which sits directly next to the 144-year-old landmarked Williamsburgh Savings Bank. The 26-story mixed-use residential project, which is designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects and developed by Cornell Realty Management LLC, will yield 133,340 square feet and stand 277 feet tall.

The site is located across the street from Four World Trade Center, aka 150 Greenwich Street, and sits adjacent to the intersection of Liberty Street and Church Street. The pair of buildings will soon make way for a ground-up 30-story hotel designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects and developed by Eddie Hidary of 112 Liberty Associates LLC, which filed demolition permits in March.
