Finishing touches are wrapping up on 109 East 79th Street, a 20-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Steven Harris Architects and developed by Legion Investment Group, the 210-foot-tall structure yields 145,000 square feet and 31 condominium units ranging from two-bedroom layouts to five-bedroom full-floor penthouses, with the largest spanning over 6,000 square feet with a private rooftop terrace. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s Cathy Franklin Team is leading sales and marketing for the property, which is located on the north side of East 79th Street between Lexington and Park Avenues.

109 East 79th Street Nears Completion On Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Construction and facade installation on 109 East 79th Street, is getting closer to completion and will soon finish as a 20-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The topped-out 210-foot-tall structure is designed by Steven Harris Architects and developed by Legion Investment Group. Inside will be 145,000 square feet and a total of 31 condominiums ranging from two- to five-bedroom layouts. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s Cathy Franklin Team is leading sales and marketing at the property with prices ranging from $5.5 million for a two-bedroom residence to $35 million for a full-floor penthouse with its own private rooftop terrace. Cauldwell Wingate is serving as the general contractor, the bricks were supplied by Taylor Clay Brick, and Rees Roberts + Partners is the interior and landscape designer for the building, which is located between Lexington and Park Avenues on the northside of East 79th Street.

The Landmarks Preservation Commission is now reviewing proposals to renovate a five-story townhouse at 22 East 10th Street in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village Historic District. The scope of work includes removal of the party wall separating 22 and 24 East 10th Street, which will allow the owner to nearly double the home’s residential space.
