Stamford URBY Phase Two Nears Completion at 1 Greyrock Place in Stamford, Connecticut

Urby, a joint venture between Ironstate Development and Brookfield Properties, will soon debut phase two of a residential complex at 1 Greyrock Place in Stamford, Connecticut. Designed by international architecture firm Concrete Amsterdam, Stamford Urby phase two will add 176 rental apartments, following 464 rental units introduced in 2019 as part of phase one.

Renderings Reveal New Amenity Spaces at Harrison Urby at 200 Angelo Cifelli Drive in New Jersey

The next phase of development at Harrison Urby arrives this fall and will introduce 381 rental apartments and an expansion of existing amenities at the residential complex. The property is located at 200 Angelo Cifelli Drive in Harrison and is designed by Concrete, a Netherlands-based architecture group that is also responsible for Urby properties in Jersey City and Staten Island.

URBY Breaks Ground on Its Fourth Iteration in Downtown Stamford, Connecticut

Today YIMBY has the latest on RXR’s imminent opening of Atlantic Station in Downtown Stamford, Connecticut, but that isn’t the only news out of the city. Yesterday was the groundbreaking event for yet another new rental, by Urban Ready Living ( i.e. URBY), which will be building its fourth iteration, following others in Staten Island, Jersey City, and Harrison, NJ. The development occupies a 4.3-acre lot, and is being built by Ironstate Development Co., in a joint venture partnership with Brookfield Property Group. Stamford Mayor David Martin also participated in the event, and expressed joy for finally filling the space he referred to as the infamous “hole in the ground.”
