One Boerum Place’s Exterior Wrapping Up in Downtown Brooklyn

Finishing touches are underway on One Boerum Place, a 22-story residential building in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Avery Hall InvestmentsAllegra Holdings, and Aria Development Group, the $250 million project will yield 96 market-rate rentals with interiors designed by Gachot Studios. Nancy Packes, Inc. is in charge of leasing the units, which hit the market this spring and range from one- to four-bedroom layouts with access to a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities. One Boerum Place is located on a relatively narrow parcel bound by Boerum Place to the west, Fulton Street to the north, and Red Hook Lane to the east. Occupancy at One Boerum Place has already commenced. Leeding Builders Group, LLC is the general contractor for the building.

2330 Broadway Stands Topped Out Over The Upper West Side

The vertical pace of construction on 2330 Broadway in the past three and a half months shows a remarkable sense of progress. The reinforced concrete edifice now stands topped out at 18 stories tall and will eventually open as a senior living facility on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Welltower, Inc. and Hines, the 230-foot-tall building will yield a total of 162 residences that will be spread across 109,315 square feet, averaging 674 square feet apiece. YIMBY last reported that the supportive programming will specifically focus on providing memory care, while half of the units will be reserved for seniors with memory and cognitive disorders. Broadway 85 LLC is the owner and Hunter Robert Construction Group is the general contractor for the project, located at the corner of Broadway and West 85th Street.

Foundation work has begun at 1841 Broadway, site of a 24-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Global Holdings Management Group, the 281-foot-tall building will yield 181,319 square feet and 173 units as well as 11,741 square feet of commercial space. Pavarini McGovern, LLC is the general contractor for the project, which will rise at the corner of Broadway and West 60th Street, just north of Columbus Circle and the southwestern corner of Central Park.

Façade work is getting closer to completion on 115 East 55th Street, an 18-story residential building in Midtown East. Designed by SLCE Architects for Zeckendorf Development, the 185-foot-tall structure will yield 71,961 square feet and 62 units. The property is located between Lexington and Park Avenues, directly adjacent to Norman Foster‘s 47-story office skyscraper at 425 Park Avenue.

Developed by Savanna and designed by INC Architecture & Design with SLCE Architects as the executive architect and Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, Inc. as the landscape architect, the 385-foot-tall structure yields 183 condominium units. Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing has been in charge of marketing and sales for the property, which is bound by Broadway to the west, West 122nd Street to the south, West 123rd street to the north, and Amsterdam Avenue to the east.
