In an exclusive reveal, YIMBY is pleased to share new renderings of a 24-story mixed-use tower in Downtown Brooklyn designed by SLCE Architects and Fogarty Finger. Located at 141 Willoughby Street, the building was originally expected to support a mix of ground-floor retail, student housing, office space, and residential units. It was also speculated that the building could climb as high as 44 stories with approximately 310,000 buildable square feet. However, the latest pair of renderings appear to reveal a dedicated commercial tower with office suites positioned above the second floor.

First Rendering Revealed for RAMSA’s 489-Foot-Tall Tower at 200 East 83rd Street, on the Upper East Side

The first rendering has been revealed of 200 East 83rd Street, a 449-foot-tall residential tower from Robert A.M. Stern on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Developed by Naftali Group and Rockefeller Group, the structure will rise 35 stories and house 86 units. SLCE Architects as the architect of record for the project, which is located at Third Avenue and East 83rd Street.

New Rendering Revealed for RAMSA’s 42-Story Tower Planned at 3041 Broadway in Morningside Heights

The first official rendering surfaced in the YIMBY Forums of the 42-story mixed-use condominium building coming to 3041 Broadway in Morningside Heights. Also known as 100 Claremont Avenue, the tower is designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects and will contain a mix of private residences and institutional space that includes offices, faculty housing, and classrooms. Located between West 120th and 122nd Streets, the new structure will rise adjacent to the historic Union Theological Seminary complex. 3041 Broadway is being developed by L&M Development Partners and Lendlease, with SLCE Architects as the architect of record.

One Wall Street’s Residential Conversion and Retail Addition Progresses in Financial District

The residential conversion and retail addition at One Wall Street continues to take shape in the Financial District. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Macklowe Properties, the projected $1.5 billion undertaking is the largest office-to-condominium conversion in New York City history. In addition to the creation of 566 residential units with sales handled and marketed by CORE, the project will also add a 44,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market and a Life Time fitness center to the lower levels of the building.
