Perkins Eastman is responsible for the design of the 435-foot-tall building.

Located just off the 3rd Avenue Bridge, the interior lot is a short walk to the 3 Avenue-138 Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. RXR Realty, listed as the owner behind the applications, purchased the property last month for $23.7 million.
