The structure will encompass 5,688 square feet and its residential units will average 749 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. The first two floors will host two apartments each, one of which will be a studio apartment, and the upper two floors will contain two duplex units. Pirooz Soltanizadeh’s Jamaica-based Royal Engineering is the applicant of record. The 25-foot-wide lot, on the corner of Union Avenue, has long been vacant.
