Tishman Speyer has launched ZO Global Access, an amenity access program spanning its global portfolio of commercial office properties. An expansion of its existing ZO amenity program, ZO Global Access opens available services and facilities to office workers in any of the company’s 41 properties in the United States and abroad.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) is currently reviewing proposals from Tishman Speyer to construct new attractions at Top of the Rock, New York City’s historic public observatory at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Midtown, Manhattan. The attractions will debut as “Lunch atop a Skyscraper,” named after an iconic photograph of 11 construction workers seated along a steel crossbeam high above 30 Rockefeller Plaza in 1932.
Vinyl retailer Rough Trade recently debuted a new Manhattan flagship store in Rockefeller Center. Following seven years in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the retailer has relocated to Midtown and is now open for business in the former RCA Building at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, just steps from Radio City Music Hall.
In an exciting reveal, the Landmarks Preservation Commission has approved plans from Tishman Speyer to construct a lush rooftop park above Radio City Music Hall and a pedestrian bridge connecting the property to 1270 Avenue of the Americas.
Tishman Speyer recently unveiled a collection of programming within Rockefeller Plaza including outdoor dining and art installations, as well as pop-up food and retail activations.
