The new buildings will each measure 4,043 square feet and their full-floor apartments should average a family-sized 1,347.5 square feet apiece. Amenities include laundry facilities in the cellar and a total of two off-street parking spots. South Ozone Park-based RLD3 Engineering is the applicant of record. The 8,000-square-foot plot was occupied by a single-story house until 2015.
