Known as Imbros Lofts, the property is located at 37-24 10th Street and will house a three-floor community center, three floors of warehouse space, two office floors, a new restaurant with an open-air terrace, and five floors of parking area.
The affordable housing lottery is open for The Astor LIC, a six-story mixed-use development at 36-20 Steinway Street in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by JMH Development and Mettle Property Group, the 158,000-square-foot building will yield 143 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 32 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $70,286 to $159,640.

The illustration reveals an imposing corner property with a variety of private outdoor spaces, a gray masonry façade, and an expansive rooftop recreation space crowning the entirety of the structure.

Located between Cherry Avenue and Elder Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Arch Companies and AB Capstone have secured $106 million in construction financing from Madison Realty Capital for a mixed-use tower at 3-50 St. Nicholas Avenue in Ridgewood, Queens. Located on the North Brooklyn-Queens border, the 17-story building will debut as one of the tallest in the area.
