Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the 935-foot-tall, 2-million-square-foot skyscraper is the final component in Brookfield Properties’ five-building Manhattan West complex, and stands directly to the south of its 996-foot-tall fraternal twin, One Manhattan West.

Renderings from GKA Design Group reveal a nine-story mixed-use property at 35-01 Vernon Boulevard Long Island City, Queens. The developer, Agayev Holding, is now pursuing zoning text amendments to permit construction for the nine-story building, which is located in an area currently zoned for three- to four-story multifamily buildings.
The Newark Planning Board has approved an 11-building mixed-use complex located on the former Newark Bears & Eagles Riverfront Stadium campus. The 10.5-acre development site hugs the shore of the Passaic Riverfront and will be completed in nine distinct phases as CitiSquare Newark.
