NewYork-Presbyterian is the latest tenant to ink a lease at the Spiral at 66 Hudson Boulevard in Hudson Yards. The hospital group’s Och Spine outpatient facility will occupy a 75,000-square-foot suite on the supertall’s second floor.
HSBC is the latest company to relocate its core business operations to The Spiral, a 65-story supertall office skyscraper in Midtown West, Manhattan. Located at 66 Hudson Boulevard within the Hudson Yards district and mega-complex, the tower is designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and developed by Tishman Speyer.
Parkview Financial recently provided a $92 million construction loan to facilitate the completion of a ten-story commercial building at 1498-1538 Coney Island Avenue in Midwood, Brooklyn. The building will comprise over 215,000 square feet of retail, office space, and community facilities.
Oxford Properties has sold St. John’s Terminal to Google for $2.1 billion. Located at 550 Washington Street in Hudson Square, the terminal property is designed by COOKFOX and developed by Oxford Properties and will serve as the anchor of Google’s new corporate campus, which comprises 1.7 million square feet along with two additional sites at 315 Hudson Street and 345 Hudson Street.
The New York City Board of Standards and Appeals has approved a collection of zoning text amendments to facilitate redevelopment of a dense four-story residential building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The landmarked property is located at 71-83 Beaver Street, the site of the former William Ulmer Brewery, a complex of interconnected commercial and brew house buildings constructed between 1872 and 1890.
