TF Cornerstone has completed its dual-tower residential complex at 52-03 and 52-41 Center Boulevard in Hunter’s Point, Queens. Together, the buildings comprise 1,194 rental units including 719 permanently affordable home, a 150-vehicle parking garage, and a 7,700-square-floor community center.
Construction is now topped out on 208 Delancey Street, a 12-story condominium building on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Designed by ODA New York and developed by New Empire Real Estate, the 85,000-square-foot structure will yield 85 units at the corner of Pitt and Delancey Streets.

Located between Empire Boulevard and Montgomery Street, the lot is two blocks from the Sterling Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Sally Gilliland of Cadman Associates LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. Earlier this year Hudson Companies purchased the site from Midwood Investment & Development for $41.5 million.
