Façade work is finishing up on 439-441 West 54th Street, a seven-story residential building in Hell’s Kitchen. Designed by ODA and developed by Yaus Special Clinton District LLC, the 66-foot-tall structure will yield 28 condominium units spread across 38,850 square feet, for an average of 1,170 square feet apiece. Cornerstone Structures is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Ninth and Tenth Avenues. Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing will be handling sales.

208 Delancey Street Completes Construction on Manhattan’s Lower East Side

Construction is complete on 208 Delancey Street, a 12-story residential building on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Designed by ODA New York and developed by New Empire Corporation, the 85,000-square-foot structure yields 85 condominium units in studio to three-bedroom layouts with sales and marketing led by Compass. The property is located by the corner of Delancey Street and Pitt Street.

New Renderings Released for ODA’s 126 East 57th Street Tower in Midtown East, Manhattan

New renderings have been released for 126 East 57th Street, a 28-story residential tower on Billionaires’ Row in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by MRR Development under the MRR 1326 LLC, the 346-foot-tall tower will yield 147 condominiums spread across 170,000 square feet with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard, as well as 5,000 square feet of retail space. WSP USA is the engineer, and Plaza Buildings is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of East 56th Street and Lexington Avenue.

310 East 86th Street’s Geometric Façade Takes Shape on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Construction has topped out on 310 East 86th Street, a 21-story residential tower in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by IGI-USA, the 145,000-square-foot building will yield 69 condominiums and an undisclosed amount of commercial space. Hunter Roberts Construction Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Second and Third Avenues, directly across from the 86th Street station, servicing the Q train.

Construction Breaks Ground at 126 East 57th Street in Midtown East, Manhattan

Excavation has begun at 126 East 57th Street, site of a 28-story residential tower on Billionaires’ Row in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by MRR Development, the 346-foot-tall structure will yield 208,000 square feet with 147 condominium units spread across 170,000 square feet, as well as lower-level commercial space. WSP USA is the engineer, Urban Atelier Group is the construction manager, and Plaza Buildings is the general contractor of the property, which is located at the corner of East 57th Street and Lexington Avenue.

212 West 93rd Street Wraps Up Construction on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Construction is complete on 212 West 93rd Street, a 14-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by Eran Chen, head of ODA, and developed by Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties, the 65,000-square-foot structure features 20 condominium units in one- to four-bedroom layouts and a select number of full-floor penthouses with interiors by GRADE New York, as well as the new home for the Shaare Zedek Synagogue. The Tuinstra Davis Team at Douglas Elliman and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located near the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street.

Designed by ODA and developed by Adam America Real Estate, the 75,000-square-foot structure will yield 44 residential units in one- to four-bedroom layouts, many with private terraces. Ariel Tirosh and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing are the exclusive sales and marketing agents for the project, which is located near the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street. As of now, the building is 50 percent sold and has immediate occupancy with prices starting from $1.625 million.
