Work is nearly complete on The Leyton, a 30-story residential tower at 1059 Third Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Manuel Glas Architects and developed by Dart Interests and Real Estate Inverlad, the 481-foot-tall, 127,000-square-foot structure will yield 38 residences with sales and marketing led by Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing. Frampton Co. and Champalimaud Design are in charge of the interior design for the condominiums, which include ten full-floor homes and one duplex penthouse. 1059 Third Avenue rises by the intersection of Third Avenue and East 63rd Street.

Exterior work is complete on The Benson, an 18-story condominium building at 1045 Madison Avenue in the Carnegie Hill section of the Upper East Side. Designed by Peter Pennoyer and developed by The Naftali Group, the 210-foot-tall structure will yield 16 residential units spread across 59,032 square feet, as well as 3,993 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The majority of the units feature full-floor layouts, and three penthouses are positioned on the upper levels. Leeding Builders Group is the general contractor of the property, which is located between East 79th and East 80th Streets, a short walk from Central Park.

Designed by Steven Harris Architects and developed by Legion Investment Group, the 210-foot-tall structure will yield 145,000 square feet and 31 condominiums in two- to five-bedroom layouts, with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s Cathy Franklin Team leading sales and marketing. Prices range from $5.5 million for a two-bedroom residence to $35 million for a full-floor penthouse with private roof terrace. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor and Rees Roberts + Partners is the interior and landscape designer for the project, which is located between Lexington and Park Avenues.
