According to Schedule A, the building will be used for storage, and Gerald Caliendo is designing. The plot of land is currently vacant.
DHA Capital is in contract to purchase the three-story parking garage located at 75 Kenmare Street, in Nolita, for roughly $50 million, according to Bowery Boogie.
