Residents are now beginning occupancy at ‘BeLa’ one of the latest rental properties to debut in Jersey City. Designed by Minno Wasko Architects and Planning, the building contains 99 units and amenity spaces.
Leasing is underway at BeLa, a new rental property at 74 Maple Street in the Bergen-Lafayette neighborhood of Jersey City. Designed by Minno Wasko Architects and Planning and developed by Golden Glades Capital Management, the building represents mounting interest in areas surrounding the downtown metro center where rents have risen in step with the city’s growing skyline.
New Jersey-based Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners has released a rendering for the recently approved 61-story mixed-use tower at 900 Broad Street in Newark. The high-rise will have 552 residential units, three levels of amenities, and a sky lounge.
The Halo, at 289-301 Washington Street, could eventually be one of the tallest and most influential developments completed in downtown Newark, New Jersey. The proposed structure would replace an existing private parking garage.
Ironstate is slowly building the first phase of its big project on Staten Island’s North Shore, which will bring 571 apartments to the former Homeport naval base in Stapleton. Now the firm has filed plans for the second phase of the development, called URL Staten Island, at 5 Hudson View Loop.
