YIMBY last reported that Elk Investors was listed as the exclusive developer of the building, but ownership may have fully transferred to Mossanen Group and an LLC known as East 54th St. Properties. The upcoming 77-story supertall office skyscraper is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by SL Green. The tapering steel structure will soon terminate in a staggered, illuminated crown topped with an architectural spire that will push the project’s total height to 1,401 feet.
