Located between East 53rd Street and East 54th Street, the lot is near the Lexington Avenue-53 Street subway station, serviced by the E and M trains. Abraham Lokshin under the LFL Partners LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
A new set of unofficial renderings by Siniaevart illustrate evening views of 270 Park Avenue in Midtown East. The JPMorgan Chase headquarters is expected to top out in excess of 1,400 feet above ground, introducing a dominating new form to the Manhattan skyline.
YIMBY last checked in on the construction progress and installation of the structural frames for 425 Park Avenue‘s trident of parapet fins back in August. Now all three are in place above the flat roof of the 47-story, 897-foot-tall Midtown East structure. The office tower is designed by Norman Foster, head of Foster + Partners, and is being developed by L&L Holding Company LLC. Adamson Associates is the architect of record.
Gensler and The Olayan Group have revealed renderings of the dramatic renovation and modernization of 550 Madison Avenue. The iconic 647-foot-tall commercial skyscraper is located in Midtown East and was originally completed by architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee in 1984.
