Michael Gross, operating as an anonymous LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, single-residence mixed-use building at 1519 52nd Street, in southern Borough Park, between 15th and 16th Avenues. The entire building will measure 9,979 square feet, and includes a 1,955 square-foot religious facility in the basement level. The upper three levels will encompass an 8,024 square-foot home.
