New renderings have been released showcasing a design change for the Xadia Hotel, a 42-story hotel tower currently rising at 57 West 39th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Marin Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu under the H Hotel LLC, the 475-foot-tall structure will yield 173 guest rooms and amenities including a restaurant, an arcade, and a rooftop bar. City Cross Construction Corp. is the general contractor for the property, which is located on a narrow interior plot between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, one block south of Bryant Park.

Interiors of the project were designed by Marin Architects and thoughtfully curated throughout. Structural Engineers is the structural engineer, REAL New York is handling leasing and marketing, and OmniBuild Construction is the general contractor for the project, which occupies a large trapezoidal plot bound by East 189th Street to the north, East 188th Street to the south, Washington Avenue to the east, and Third Avenue to the west.

Designed by Marin Architects and developed by SHVO in partnership with Deutsche Finance, the more than $300 million project involves the construction of a ten-floor addition above a former commercial building and the residential conversion of 100,000 square feet of its office space, and will yield 69 fully furnished condominium units managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and marketed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. The Rinaldi Group of New York is the general contractor for the property, which is located between East 53rd and 54th Streets.
