The Landmarks Preservation Commission is now reviewing proposals to construct a seasonal rooftop venue at W New York hotel in Union Square, Manhattan. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle, renderings of the proposed addition were first revealed at a public hearing on August 25, 2020.

The existing landmarked property is located at 315 Broadway, and the new residential building will debut as 317 Broadway.
OMA’s New York design studio has unveiled renderings of a three-story rooftop addition for Tiffany & Company’s Fifth Avenue flagship. Located at 727 Fifth Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan, the project arrives as the structure’s most comprehensive renovation since completion in 1940.
At the beginning of this year, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced a major redevelopment initiative for the area surrounding New York City’s Pennsylvania Station.
