Earlier this week, Fisher Brothers Management Company unveiled the first new images of its $120 million renovation to 1345 Avenue of the Americas, a 625-foot-tall mid-century office skyscraper in Midtown. Located between Second and Third Avenues, the interior lot is one block from the 72nd Street subway station, serviced by the Q train. Benny Caiolo of Bettina Equities Company is listed as the owner behind the applications.
